Troubleshooting

The app won't open or crashes

Try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the issue persists, make sure you have the latest version installed from the App Store.

My transformation doesn't look right

Try photographing with better lighting and a plain background. Make sure your block structure is clearly visible in the frame. Different styles work better with different shapes!

I purchased Amigi Creator but it's not working

Go to the app settings and tap 'Restore Purchases'. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the purchase.

How do I delete a creation from my portfolio?

Open the creation in your portfolio, then tap the delete option. This only removes it from the app - if you saved it to your camera roll, that copy remains.
